Your Progress Stays Yours
Your level progress, history, and in-app settings are stored locally on your device. ShadeSwitch does not require an account to play, and we do not run a cloud save backend for this data. Your gameplay stays where it belongs: with you.
Ad Partners
We use Google AdMob to show ads, including interstitial ads and optional rewarded ads. Rewarded ads are opt-in — you may choose to watch one to receive a gameplay hint. While we don't collect your data ourselves, our ad partners may use device identifiers, IP addresses, and ad interaction signals to serve and measure ads. On supported platforms, you may see a consent or tracking prompt based on your region's requirements.

ShadeSwitch includes an optional feature to share a screenshot of your level via your device's share sheet. This action is entirely user-initiated — we do not receive or store the shared content.
Support and Contact
If you email us for support, we'll see your email address and whatever you tell us. We use that information only to provide support and handle feedback — we'll never sell your contact info or sign you up for spam. You may also email us to submit a data deletion request or ask any privacy-related questions.
Control
You're in the driver's seat. You can reset your game progress in the settings of our apps, or simply uninstall an app to wipe all local data. You can also reset your advertising ID in your phone's system settings.
Children's Privacy
ShadeSwitch is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Changes
If we ever change our privacy practices, we'll update this page and the "last updated" date. Continued use of the app after changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
