These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of websites, games, and related services provided by Quirky Gears Private Limited (“Quirky Gears”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), including Group Glide. By downloading, accessing, or using a service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be legally capable of agreeing to these Terms. If you are below the age at which you may form a binding agreement in your location, a parent or legal guardian must review and agree to these Terms for you.
2. Limited Licence
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use our games for lawful, non-commercial entertainment. The services are licensed, not sold, and no ownership rights are transferred to you.
3. Acceptable Use
You must not:
- Use cheats, bots, automation, exploits, or unauthorized modifications.
- Interfere with game logic, advertising, analytics, security, or network services.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, extract, redistribute, or commercially exploit any part of a service except where applicable law expressly permits it.
- Attempt to access systems or information without authorization.
- Use a service unlawfully or in a way that harms Quirky Gears, another user, or a third party.
4. Progress and Availability
Group Glide stores progress locally and does not include a Quirky Gears account or cloud-save service. Progress may be lost if you reset the game, clear app storage, uninstall the app, change devices, or experience device or storage failure. We do not guarantee that local progress can be recovered.
Some features require network access or third-party services. We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue a service or feature when reasonably necessary, including for maintenance, security, legal, platform, or commercial reasons.
5. Optional Rewarded Ads
Group Glide may offer optional rewarded ads. If you choose an offer and an eligible ad is successfully completed and confirmed by the advertising provider, the game grants the stated in-game benefit. Ads and rewards may be unavailable because of connectivity, eligibility, inventory, provider errors, or fraud-prevention decisions. In-game assists and rewards have no cash value and cannot be sold or transferred.
6. Intellectual Property
Our services—including software, game design, levels, text, artwork, audiovisual material, brands, and related content—are owned by Quirky Gears or licensed to us and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may share ordinary screenshots or gameplay videos for non-commercial commentary or community use, but may not redistribute standalone assets, source code, or substantial game content without permission.
7. Third-Party Services
Our services may use or link to app stores, advertising networks, analytics, attribution, operating-system, and other third-party services. Their availability and conduct are governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party content or services beyond our obligations under applicable law.
8. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the services are provided “as is” and “as available”. We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quirky Gears and its directors, employees, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, progress, revenue, or opportunity arising from your use of a service. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to a free service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us for that service during the preceding twelve months or the minimum amount required by applicable law.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts of competent jurisdiction where Quirky Gears has its registered office will have jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.
11. Changes and Contact
We may update these Terms when our services or legal obligations change. We will publish the revised Terms here and update the effective date above. If a change materially affects your rights, we will provide any additional notice required by law.
